I’ve been using this wallet for just over six months, and I wouldn’t switch back to anything else. I keep it attached to the back of my phone to save space, and the magnet is perfectly balanced—secure enough to stay in place, but easy to remove when needed. The card-locking feature is easily the best part; unlike other wallets I’ve tried, your cards stay put, even if it’s held upside down. I am impressed with the way they cards work with the side lever. The wallet grips well to my Quadlock Phone Cover. The backing plate and band holds everything as explained.

Magnet is absolutely rubbish as it doesn’t grab and keeps falling off. Couldn’t even use it once as it’s not secure at all.
A little bit bulky, more than I expected.
Wasted cash.
Finish is nice and comes in a high end looking box/ packaging, but product is very poor.

The Evolve Smart Wallet’s magnet has been thoroughly tested to work with MagSafe-compatible devices. In situations like this, we often find it comes down to the strength of the phone case’s built-in MagSafe ring rather than the wallet itself. We’re more than happy to help troubleshoot, including testing the wallet on other surfaces like a fridge or a bare iPhone to get to the bottom of it.
